FIITX™ is our signature class based system crafted from our team’s technical experience in international competitive sports, fitness training, personal coaching, health sciences, and body mechanics. FIITX™ includes over 15 systematic cardio, hybrid cardio, bodyweight, and resistance programs each with specific objective
BOXFIITX™ is a fun high intensity, cardiovascular workout based on boxing training systems and athletic conditioning curriculum. This class is perfect for members of all fitness levels and offers a great way to get into shape whilst acquiring and developing a new skill.
Core blast is designed to not just build and tone your abdominal muscles but also improve power, strength and overall core stability.  Our core works as a stabilizer for our entire body and having a strong core is essential for more confident and powerful movements.  This is a fast paced and low rest program perfect for anyone wanting to get the most out of their time.
Yoga being one of the oldest physical disciplines in the world is still going strong today.  Discover the combination of physical and mental exercises that for thousands of years have hooked yoga practitioners around the globe. Whether you are young or old, overweight or fit, yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body.
OPEN FLOOR is a chance for you to come and train at your own pace, whether it be doing the workout of the day or your own training program. Our equipment and floor is here for you to train with until your hearts content.We will also have one of our experienced trainers on hand to give you a helping hand and offer any advice/help that you may require.
